The class is like a mini-vacation: it helps me to relax in a very intense way,
to let go of some of the worries that I've been carrying around in my body during
the day, by releasing tension from those muscles as well as strengthening them.
I'm also able to hold the positions a lot longer than I ordinarily would do on
my own. I don't get the feeling like anything is too hard to do in the class,
because you are walked through it step by step.
